This information is for everyone who has seen their GP and has been referred to see a specialist doctor. It explains how to choose your hospital or local service and book an appointment.

How do I use this information?

This website contains information about:

questions that you may want to consider when making your choice
answers to frequently asked questions.

If you have been referred by your GP using the new Choose and Book software and have been given an Appointment request, then there is a separate Choose and Book section of this website.

Please explore this website to help to make your choice. There are three Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) that support the GP practices in Gloucestershire. Each PCT will offer slightly different choices. On the next page, please select your PCT or GP practice so that you will see information relevant to you.
