NVQ in Care Level 3
2004/2005 Programme
A twelve-month competency based programme
designed to meet the needs of health and social care support
workers. Candidates who apply for Level 3 should be working
in an environment where they may work without close
supervision. Applications MUST be discussed and supported by
the line manager. Level 3 focuses on reflection
of role and promotes personal development, leadership and
empowerment skills. The programme will take place
between January and December 2004 at Stroud College
and at the workplace. Selection
interviews to take place in December 2003. For
