The training material used in this course covers the syllabus for Module 7 of the ECDL, which for staff in the non-acute NHS Trusts in Gloucestershire means:

  • Using Outlook 2002 to send and receive e-mail messages in various formats
  • Surfing the internet using Internet Explorer.
