Refresher Course for Staff Who Have Worked with People with Learning Disabilities for Over 2 Years

In response to requests from managers and experienced staff, this course aims to meet the needs of unqualified staff who have worked with people with learning disabilities for over 2 years. They may have attended a Foundation Course several years ago (or may never have had the opportunity to attend at all). This two-day course is an update on current Values, Legislation and Approaches in the field of Learning Disability, and skills needed to deliver them.

 

This course is open to candidates from the Partnership NHS Trust, the three PCTs, Gloucestershire Social Services and private and voluntary services. The course fee for private and voluntary services is £190 + VAT.
