This course is a half-day session and does
not include Adult Basic Life Support training, which you
must have previously attended. Course includes:
- Medical Emergency Response procedures (in house)
- Snatch bag familiarisation (optional)
- Airway management and the use of airway adjuncts
- Automated external defibrillator familiarisation
- Automated external defibrillation using defibrillators
in specific areas
- Cardiac arrest management scenarios
This course is for staff working in areas where an
emergency medical response system is in place and and AED
