A comprehensive two-day programme looking at all
stages of the recruitment and selection process, the legal
context, policy guidance, standards and equal opportunities.
The programme is participative and designed to help develop
the necessary knowledge and skills to undertake all the
various stages of the process effectively. It also provides
an opportunity to practice interview skills in a safe
