Risk Assessment and Management in Mental Health

This two-day multi-agency workshop will enable participants to develop skills and knowledge in relation to risk assessment and management.

 

The workshop will include concepts and models of risk assessment, bias and error in risk assessment, defensible decisions, record keeping, confidentiality, options for risk management, Mental Health Inquiries, local policy and guidelines. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the Adult Protection Services which includes the Adults at Risk and Multi Agency Risk Management and Assessment Project processes.
