This half-day module will focus on the signs and symptoms
of depression, its possible causes and how we may be able to
help. The module also looks at the demographic and
historical factors surrounding suicide. Priority
is given to unqualified staff, newly appointed staff or
staff who may have a professional qualification but have
little experience in working with people who experience
