This full-day course is for staff who have previously been trained for the role of Keyworker.

 

This will be an interactive programme based on solving problems that Keyworkers have encountered. It is designed to reinforce the techniques developed in the primary teaching course through shared experiences and discussion.

 

This course is also designed to help evaluate the effectiveness of the full course for future planning.

 

Course Content

  • review of current legislation and policies
  • analysis of reported problems
  • problem solving exercises
  • details of new equipment
  • practical techniques
  • equipment and publications

Note: The course content may vary slightly according to needs of participants. It is essential that ALL Keyworkers attend an update session at least once a year.
